Grant Eidson
Managing Director
Grant brings a unique blend of expertise in renewable energy and oil and gas to the TenOaks team having spent the past 15 years in private equity investing across both asset classes. Leveraging a career background in private equity and law, Grant has acquired assets in the traditional energy markets and the rapidly evolving renewables space, enabling him to provide clients with informed perspectives and comprehensive solutions across industries. Previously, Grant served as Chief Executive Officer for a $70 million private renewable royalty fund, Chief Investment Officer for a large Dallas-based family office focused on oil and gas acquisitions, and as an attorney for a law firm principally focused on upstream oil and gas matters. Grant has experience transacting and underwriting assets across every ISO and oil and gas basin in the United States.
As Managing Director for TenOaks’ Renewables and Sustainability practice, he focuses on providing divestiture and acquisition advisory services to companies dedicated to reducing carbon and driving more sustainable resource usage.
Grant was a student-athlete at Southern Methodist University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he won the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Mineral Law Section Award.
