Eric Wenick

Eric has spent 25 years advising and investing in emerging growth and infrastructure companies. His advisory experience includes work with public, private, and sponsor-backed renewable energy, utility, industrial services, energy efficiency, software, and IT infrastructure companies in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. He has raised more than $2.4 billion of debt and $2.0 billion of equity for clients, closed more than 25 merger & acquisition and restructuring transactions with a combined value exceeding $1.5 billion, and served as a general partner for approximately $100 million of investment in a dozen companies. Eric is a founding partner at WRB Serra Partners, a sustainable infrastructure investment firm focused on Latin America and the Caribbean. At WRB Serra, Eric invested in utility scale and distributed solar assets in Jamaica, Mexico, and Costa Rica. Previously, Eric co-founded MHT Partners, a middle market investment bank, and was an investment banker in the global power and project finance group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Eric graduated from Yale University with a BA in economics and molecular biophysics & biochemistry. He earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
