Neal Patel

Neal has over a decade of experience in investment banking and M&A advisory across the technology, infrastructure, and energy sectors. He has executed over 20 transactions totaling more than $25 billion in aggregate value with a majority of his experience focused on software and tech-enabled services. The transactions ranged from lower middle-market deals to transactions exceeding $6 billion for publicly-traded, sponsor-owned, and privately-held companies, including sell-side and buy-side M&A, equity and debt financings, and growth equity. Previously, he served as a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Cabrera Capital Markets and RBC Capital Markets. Prior to his banking career, he held senior finance and FP&A roles at ChampionX and Nalco Energy Services, where he managed large-scale planning processes and cross-functional teams supporting multi-billion dollar business units. Neal graduated with a BBA from the University of Houston and earned his MBA from the University of Michigan.
