Lenny Bianco

Lenny has spent more than 15 years working in energy finance and investment banking with a focus on upstream and energy infrastructure services. He leads the firm’s Capital Markets practice, advising clients on debt, equity, and structured capital solutions in support of acquisitions, refinancings, and broader strategic initiatives. Prior to joining TenOaks, Lenny served as a Managing Director in the Energy Investment Banking Group at Imperial Capital, where he represented public and private companies in private capital raising, M&A, and special situations. Before Imperial, he was a Vice President in the Energy Investment Banking Group at Wunderlich Securities (acquired by B. Riley Financial) and held equity research roles at Raymond James & Associates and Pritchard Capital Partners, covering the oilfield services sector. Earlier in his career, Lenny worked as a structural engineer focused on downstream energy infrastructure projects. He earned his MBA from the University of Houston and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
